Cooking With CBD Oil & Popular Recipes

When you add CBD to any dish, you will want to avoid interrupting the consistency of the final food product. To do this, use a little oil. If you want a stronger dose of CBD, do not increase the amount of fat, just use high-density CBD oil (such as 1,000mg tincture).

Try to avoid putting CBD oil at direct heat while cooking, as this can remove the delicate cannabinoids and terpenes that stimulate the interaction effect of CBD. The first thing you should know when cooking or baking with CBD is that it starts to decompose somewhere between 320 degrees and 356 degrees Fahrenheit. This means that overheating the oil can lead to the loss of cannabinoids and can reduce the effectiveness of CBD.

If you plan to add CBD oil to anything you can cook on the stovetop, a good idea is to remove the sauce or pan from the heat and allow the contents to cool for a minute or more, then stir your desired amount of CBD oil.

When it comes to baking with CBD, such as granola bar or chocolate cookie recipe, it’s easy to manage the temperature by heating the oven (probably no more than 350 degrees Fahrenheit).

No Heat CBD Can Be Eaten

If you are still worried about losing any CBD energy during cooking or the baking process, you are not alone. After much research and consideration, I was even more cautious about my ability to mix CBD in a container full of dinner. So when I started adding CBD to the diet, I decided to put my toes in the water before jumping on my head first. To do that, I created a few simple cooking options that do not require heating (but let me reap the benefits of importing CBD).

Dressing Salad Lemon, Garlic, & CBD

I’ve recently taken a liking to healthy salads, and making a dressing with CBD is one of the easiest recipes. If you are in a coma, you can always add a few drops of hemp oil to a basic vinaigrette or a pre-made salad dressing. Although I’m a big fan of making my own salad I dress it using just a few ingredients.

The final result of this recipe is a refreshing salad dressing that I really enjoy in an old house or summer salad. (One of the best CBD oils for this recipe is a light and nutty CBD oil that tastes good with other ingredients.)

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon of CBD oil
Pepper to taste
How to Do It:

Mix all the ingredients together until completely incorporated. Shake well and toss in salad.

New CBD Guacamole

Who wouldn’t love to soak their tortilla chips in fresh guacamole? I know I do, and I've found that avocado and CBD oil are a great combination, especially when it comes to making a delicious guac that you and your friends will love. The list and instructions below have been slightly modified with a few additional ingredients for my taste preferences.

This is the perfect recipe for making art with it. There’s always the option to customize your guac with other ingredients, like spicy jalapenos or mangos for fun — it’s all up to you! (With this recipe, Enter The Dragon CBD, an inedible oil, is a good alternative because it tastes good and will not compromise the sensitive profile of guacamole.)

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
1 teaspoon of fresh tongue juice
1 ripe tomato, chopped
1 small, chopped onion
1 garlic clove, ground
Salt and pepper to taste
CBD oil is a desirable energy
How to Do It:

Cut the avocado, remove the holes, and remove the meat.

In a medium saucepan, add CBD oil, lemon juice, and crushed avocado garlic. Mash with a fork until completely incorporated (the mixture should look sugary but lumpy).

Add the tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper.

Prepare the taste with extra salt, pepper and / or lemon juice.

CBD-Contained Strawberry Banana Smoothie

I’ve always been a advocate for smoothies. Whether I make one for breakfast or dinner, these delicious treats are a great way to get the nutrients in one drink. Also, adding a dropper full of CBD oil to your favorite smoothie blend is a quick and easy way to experience the benefits of CBD. Below is a recipe I made for myself, with a simple pairing of the old duo — strawberry and banana — and an extra kick of CBD.

When making this smoothie, you can use as much CBD oil as you want. I simply use one of the selected extracts on the Enter The Dragon CBD website (usually a berry-flavored tincture of 1200mg, although the citrus or vanilla flavor will also work well with this recipe) because that’s what works best for me! Note: I recommend trying a dose of CBD and other ingredients to find the perfect combination of your favorite smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 banana
4-6 Strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon soju
Complete dropper (1 ml) of CBD oil
How to Do It:

Put all the ingredients inside the blender and mix until smooth.
