-Beads New York offers low priced standard shipping for our United States and Canadian customers.

We use fast local delivery or ordinary mail for orders, depending on your destination area.

Regular Days:

After receiving your order, we need:

1-3 business days to check the order and prepare it from our warehouse to shipping carriers

3-14 business days for the delivery from shipping carriers

Total Min. days: 3-7 Business days

Total Max. days: 10-25 Business days

Holidays:

When holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, New Year, etc. come, please kindly place the order on our website in advance and reserve sufficient time for the gift delivery. We will dedicate ourselves to meeting and satisfying customer needs during these holidays. 

  • Express Shipping

 

Typically, it takes 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order to send to the carrier.

After the shipment is sent, on average, it takes 7-14 business days to arrive at your home depending on your location.

  • Fast Local Delivery

-When the products are in stock in our local warehouse, we will give priority to sending local orders from the regional warehouse.

-Shipping carriers we cooperate with: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, SF Express, Sweden Post, Amazon Logistics, and Post Logistics, etc. in your country.

-If you have not received the product within 15 business days after you receive the tracking number, please contact the carriers for inquiries first.

-If you need assistance from our customer service, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to give you the assistance that you deserve.

*Beads New York will not be responsible for any additional charges due to customs duties once your order arrives in your country. Customers must pay all the fees.

  • Inventory and Delays

-Delivery time may be extended if the item you purchased is temporarily out of stock at the warehouse closest to your delivery address or if any unexpected circumstances cause delivery delays.

-In addition, there might be delays in delivery during the sales season and public holidays.

-While our goal is to process and deliver all orders within the stated time frame, delivery times may be extended for any of the reasons above.
